Where you’ll be fishing…

  • Gulf of Mexico via Tampa Bay

Tampa Bay is the largest open water estuary at 400 square miles.

We’ll run out of Apollo Beach through the Bay out to open water in the Gulf of Mexico which will take around an hour, then it’s time to fish!

We can expect a variety of fish throughout our day. Examples include: Short-Tail Red Snapper (Ehu), Blackfin Tuna, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Sailfish, Yellowtail Snapper, Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, Hogfish, Mangrove Snapper, Amberjack, Grunt, African Pompano Jack, and more could be biting, depending on when you go.

You won’t need a fishing license, mine is good for the whole boat max 6 guests.

I own a Pelagic & Reef Permit which is unique to other Captains in the area. I am not limited to a mileage restriction and can go as far as we need to offshore.
